Deliveries once dispatched (we will notify you when this occurs) typically take 1-3 working days to arrive for small items and usually next working day for large items.
Large and/or expensive (over £80) items are dispatched via CityLink,UPS or Parcelforce, smaller and/or inexpensive items are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class or Hermes.
Estimated time for delivery depends on what time in week the order was placed. Please understand that when ordering at the end of the week your item will most probably arrive early the following week as the courier service may not deliver on weekends.
When we dispatch your order, we will send you a dispatch notification containing your order tracking details.
When ordering on the weekend, please understand that we will begin processing your order first thing the following working day (monday).

All our products are brand new and come with a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty and as such it is our responsibility to provide you with a replacement within the first year from day of purchase should your product develop a fault.
In the event of an item developing a fault, please email us with as much detail as possible. We will then arrange for the item to be collected from you at no extra cost at a date and location convenient to you, all we request is that you package the item appropriately and attach the shipping lable we email you. Once we receive the item we shall arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. In the event that the item you originally purchased becomes discontinued, we may be able to offer you a newer/equivelent product as a replacement.
Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
Cancellation of any orders must take place within 24 hours of having placed order with email confirmation. We cannot cancel an order once dispatched and will have to await return of the product prior to doing so, therfore its is imperative that you inform us of your wish as soon as possible.
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. To obtain a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of having been received (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) in original packing with email confirmation. Items can't be returned for a refund if faulty since all items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer. Please note, we will only accept working - undamaged goods for refund, goods that suffer physical damage after being received will not be accepted for return.

This will greatly help minimize any errors in sending your order. Also, we would sincerely appreciete customers including a contact telephone number as this is required by our courier (large/heavy items only) and greatly helps in an emergency.
